Linda Sorensen

Linda’s art is featured on the east facing wall of 33 Station Street.  They are entitled “Autumn Tapestry” and “Wild Abandon”.

An award-winning professional artist, Linda has lived in the Algonquin Park area for the last 45 years.  She is an elected member of the Society of Canadian Artists and Artists for Conservation.  She is also a member of the East Central Ontario Artists Association and one of three women known as the Wild Women Artists who paint the wilderness.  Her acrylic and oil paintings reflect her passion for wilderness and wildlife.  Linda operates her own studio-gallery which is open by appointment year-round.
